The Maintenance Manager is to design, implement, and manage maintenance procedures for ensuring the proper functioning of industrial equipment and infrastructures. For this position, a high degree of knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, along with effective leadership in preventive as well as corrective maintenance, is desired.

Key Responsibilities

  • Equipment Maintenance: Manage the maintenance of hydraulics & pneumatics, pumps, gears, motors & drives, industrial compressors, CNC machines, EOT cranes, mobile cranes, hydraulic jacks & powerpacks, and portable ground anchor drilling rig machines.
  • Maintenance Strategies: Create and execute detailed preventive and corrective maintenance plans to achieve maximum equipment uptime.
  • Routine Inspections & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance checks, diagnose equipment breakdowns, and provide timely repair solutions.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure strict safety standards, compliance with health and environmental legislations, and encourage a safety-oriented work culture.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and direct a team of technicians, offer training, backup, and performance appraisals.
  • Inventory & Budget Management: Control and track spare parts, tools, and consumables, maximize maintenance expense, and ensure effective utilization of resources.
