Service Engineer

Main duties and responsibilities

Professionally supervise and/or execute service activities (refurbishment, upgrades, inspections, preventative maintenance, and corrective measures on MacGregor and similar equipment
Independent working practices
Continued development of one's competence.

General

• To perform the day-to-day tasks as laid out below:
• Supply information and prepare reports as necessary.
• Develop and maintain good relations with both internal and external customers.
• Facilitate feedback from customers and the service marketplace to reach the proper MacGregor organization.
• Maintain up-to-date with developments, routines, processes, and news relevant to MacGregor's major customers operating within the business area.
• Collaborate with the local MacGregor service network
• Meet all pertinent safety and quality requirements
