Maintenance Technician

Location: CEDAR, MN

Direct Supervisor: Manufacturing Supervisor
Job Types: Full-Time
Shifts:
1st Shift Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
2nd Shift Hours: Monday – Thursday 3:00pm-1:00am

Primary Objectives:
Working with Maintenance task and PM software.
Working with teams to keep production going.

Responsibilities:
Maintaining our maintenance software tasks and PM’s.
Carrying out maintenance tasks throughout the entire plant.
All other duties assigned.

Qualifications:
Maintenance background 1+ years.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Excel at working in team environment with high level of interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to cross functionally drive results.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft outlook, word, and excel.
Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
