Maintenance Technician

Principal duties are:

• Maintenance and preventive maintenance on Barry Callebaut LLC operations
• Assistance to production by maintaining the safe and correct operation, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment
• Assistance to production with melting, refining, and other tasks as assigned by the production supervisor or lead operators.
• Assistance in the training of new employees, production, and maintenance when needed
• Ensure that repairs are properly documented, parts listed, record keeping and adherence to work flow process
• Strong electrical skills, i.e., PLCs, thorough understanding of I/Os, VFDs, Pneumatics, motors, etc.
