Mechanical Hydraulic Technician

Your function

In this role, you build and test our standard products and our custom products. That means a broad variety of products from sensors weighing a few kilos up to ROVs of at least 40 tons. The work is mostly done in our workshop at Numansdorp, but for customer-related projects, it might be that you work abroad or on board ships for one or more weeks annually for installation, testing, and commissioning. Apart from that, you can also be deployed for service work, from a few days to one or two weeks, when our customers require technical support. You cooperate with co-workers and occasionally are assisted by visiting mechanics. Work is predominantly mechanical and hydraulic. There is a need for some electrical engineering knowledge, particularly in case you go on service (training is an option).
