MS1000 MINESPRAY – One Wire Braid 1000 psi Hose

The technical specifications of the dust control system for industrial and mining applications are designed to ensure efficient water and air spray functionality. Reinforcement is provided by a single braid of high-tensile steel wire, enhancing the overall strength of the system. The cover is yellow and made from oil-resistant, abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber, eliminating the need for skiving with T2000 Series Crimp Couplings.
        The product meets the Flame Resistant requirements of Australian Standard AS 2660 and Method of Test AS 1180.10B, as well as the Flame Resistant Designation "U.S. MSHA" of the US Department of Labor, Mine Safety, and Health Administration. Operating within a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C (-40°F to +212°F), this system demonstrates versatility in various environmental conditions. Maximum working pressures are determined with a 4:1 safety factor, ensuring a secure operational range from maximum working pressure to minimum burst pressure.
