PIRTEK Continues Expansion in Michigan
PIRTEK is continuing to expand its presence in Michigan with a new location in Grand Rapids. Franchise owner Oliver Romano is also a shareholder in four other successful PIRTEK Michigan locations, all based in metro Detroit: Madison Heights, Sterling Heights, Westland, and Wixom.

The Grand Rapids location is a Tier 2 franchise, part of PIRTEK’s mobile-only program introduced in 2016. Under the Tier 2 model, a franchisee can lease two vehicles and maintain inventory in a storage facility. This model offers franchise ownership at a significantly lower entry cost compared to the traditional Tier 1 model, which includes a Service & Supply Center along with the mobile service vehicles.

Several other franchisees have adopted the Tier 2 model or are currently in the process. Tier 2 franchisees are expected to establish a fully staffed and equipped Service & Supply Center within three years. Each new mobile service vehicle added to the fleet expands the exclusive territory.
