Technical Specialist is a technical expert-level role offering expert technical assistance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and solutions for piston pump products. The right candidate will closely assist sales, engineers, and customers to achieve optimal performance, reliability, and integration of piston pumps in hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Expertise: Be the subject matter expert on the company's pump products, being well-versed in all features, functionalities, and technical details.
• Customer Support: Offer technical support to customers, including product setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
