Agricultural Maintenance Officer

Responsibilities

Working as part of the Maintenance Team you will be part of a highly committed, culturally diverse, and experienced team reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including the repair and maintenance of an extensive range of farming equipment, machinery, and vehicles. On-the-job training and mentoring available. 

We have position/s available in two locations as follows:

Pinnaroo: Reports to the Maintenance Manager

                 Includes a vehicle for Company use, mobile phone, and iPad

                 Accommodation may be available for this location   

Kynoch:  Reports to the Maintenance Manager

                 Includes a vehicle for Company use, mobile phone, and iPad

About you

• The position/s will be well suited to a qualified Heavy Diesel/Ag mechanic, automotive mechanic, or maintenance fitter with the following:
• Excellent all-round mechanical knowledge - experience counts for a lot
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems with good diagnostic skills
• Pride in delivering high-quality work
• Ability to excel independently with minimal supervision
• Sound knowledge & understanding of WH&S requirements and practices
• Effective collaboration and communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to a deadline if/when required
• Drivers Licence (HR or above desirable but not essential)
