 The company Continental Hydraulics Inc has recently announced the acquisition of Hydreco Hydraulics Ltd. through a stock purchase agreement. After this acquisition, Continental Hydraulics will act as the only active Corporation for the Group in North America and Hydreco will be a division of the same.
