Controller of a numerically controlled CNC machine tool

Salary: 6,500 – 8000 PLN/ Month
Location: Karlino
Work Hours: Full Time

Responsibilities:   

• Overseeing the operation of a numerical machine tool, including verifying the alignment with technical specifications, implementing dimensional corrections, tool replacement, and facilitating product changeovers.
• Executing operations as per provided instructions.
• Ensuring workplace orderliness and cleanliness, along with basic maintenance of operated devices in adherence to 5S and TPM standards.
• Completing production and quality documentation.
• Responding to process irregularities, reporting malfunctions, and maintaining compliance with technological regulations as per applicable rules.

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent vocational education.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in operating numerically controlled machine tools.
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC).Familiarity with standards and methods such as 5S, PDC, TPM, FIFO, Kanban, elements of Lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
• Capability to read technical drawings and interpret measurement results.
• Proficient use of measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and gauges.
• Additional advantage: Experience in operating Brother machines.
• Additional advantage: Experience working with MRP systems.
• Availability and readiness to work in a three-shift system.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
