**Key Responsibilities:**

• Operate excavator equipment to perform various excavation and earthmoving tasks.
• Dig trenches, ditches, and foundations according to project specifications.
• Load and unload materials using the excavator. 
• Perform routine maintenance on the excavator to ensure its proper functioning.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project success.
  

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of excavator operations.
• Valid NPORS or CPCS.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project plans. 
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Physical stamina to withstand long hours of operating heavy machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £15 – £16.50 per hour

In construction or quarrying: 3 years (preferred)
Excavator: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:
