Requirements:

  • Works safely at all times and follows all safety policies applicable; follows all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Completes basic to intermediate repairs and limited troubleshooting offsite with limited supervision.
  • Conduct basic to intermediate troubleshooting and limited diagnosis of equipment failures and malfunctions.
  • Removes and installs parts, disassembles, and assembles parts to CAT specifications.
  • Tests, adjusts, and checks proper function of all repairs and adjustments.
  • Completes and prepares all job-related paperwork, writes service reports, orders parts, and keeps clear customer records; in addition, accesses databases needed to finish the job.
  • Drive equipment and vehicles with possession of all required licenses and certificates.
  • Keeps service vehicle inspection records, daily inspections, and driver logs as mandated by the Department of Transportation.
