Machinery Service Yard Crane Operator/Yardperson

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Organization of machinery, buckets, and attachments in the yard
• Operation of Grove 27-ton yard crane
• Unloading and loading of equipment, buckets, attachments, and components
• Attachment inventory check-in and barcoding when needed
• Back up for Loading Dock Attendant during busy work periods
• Inspect and maintain yard crane and fill out daily inspection forms
• Maintain unpaved areas of yard, grade, and level areas as needed 
• Follow Company Values during interaction with customers and other employees

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Machinery/Equipment operation experience 
• A yard crane operator’s certification is required, and willing to train
• Mechanical / maintenance experience
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner
