DESIGN ENGINEER

Qualification: Degree/Diploma (Mechanical Engineering) with 5-10 years’ experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED:

1. Basic Knowledge of Hydraulic Circuits & Bill of Materials.
2. Design Hydraulic Circuit with Hydraulic Components,
a. Pressure Control Valve
b. Flow Control Valve
c. Check Valve
d. Directional Control Valve
3. Design Hydraulic manifolds using Solidworks and MDTools.
4. Design Hydraulic Tank & Valve Stand Fabricated Structures.
5. Design Accumulator Stand with Fabricated Structures.
6. Design Calculation of Heat Exchangers,
a. Water to Oil Cooler
b. Air Blast Oil Cooler
c. Plate Type Heat Exchanger

CNC-Milling Programmer / Operator Required

We require a CNC Milling Programmer with B.E/B. Tech (Mechanical) and 5 Years’ experience in programming or Diploma with 10 Years’ experience for our Power units at Balanagar Plant They are responsible for reading and interpreting design blueprints, programming the CNC machine, and adjusting the machine settings until the desired specifications are met.
