More about the position

• The position will require on-call work
• Responding to machinery breakdowns within the Hatchery and action repairs
• Recalibrating instruments, oiling, cleaning, and maintaining site equipment
• Scheduling maintenance checks and carrying out scheduled overhauls
• Ensure Work Health and Safety compliance at all times
  

Skills and Qualifications needed

• Engineering Trade or qualification essential
• Previous Mechanical Engineering experience is needed preferably in a similar Industry.
• A clear understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment
• Poultry processing experience is preferred
• You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You will be reliable and punctual
• I am available to work the occasional weekend hours from time to time
