Maintenance Technician Lead

Job Summary:

Maintenance Technician is required to install, repair, and perform maintenance of huge industrial textile processing machinery as well as facilities maintenance. Tasks encompass start-up and shut-down, electrical trouble-shooting, maintaining and running boilers, welding and cutting, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and other systems. Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Chief Engineer.

Essential Functions:

- Installs, repairs and performs preventive maintenance on water levels, water systems and other equipment and systems.
- Resolves electrical problems.
- Attends daily maintenance requests promptly to keep equipment downtime to a minimum.
- Makes emergency/unscheduled repair of production equipment.
- Troubleshoots issues, replaces or fixes components, tests, and adjusts.
- Seeks out ways to continuously improve maintenance procedures.
