Recent advancements in hand-operated and mechanical directional valve technology

Atos R&D has developed an innovative mechanical actuator featuring a steel construction, aimed at enhancing valve durability and optimizing hydraulic performance.

 The improvements include :
1.    Increasing the Qmax to 80 l/min for DH and 150 l/min for DK
2.    Raising the Pmax to 350 bar for DK, up from the previous 315 bar
3.    Elevating the Pmax on the T port to 250 bar, previously 160 bar.
4.    The option for /BT, enabling operation at temperatures as low as -40°C.

          Additionally, the new DH/DK series 60 offers a reduced total length, being 20/30 mm shorter compared to the current series 50.
