Your chief tasks and responsibilities:

  • Assembling various kinds of pump equipment to customer, OEM, and industry standards
  • Breaking equipment to access to remove, clean, and inspect equipment parts
  • Inspection & marking measurements of equipment parts using instruments, tools & gages and delivering an inspection report
  • Analyzing and establishing the root cause of failure
  • Assessing the right material for the repairs according to the BOM
  • Contouring impellers & pump casings according to hydraulic specifications
  • Operating and setting up dynamic balancing equipment
  • Carrying out final testing and inspections
