SANY Putzmeister introduced the iONTRON e-Mixer

SANY Putzmeister's iONTRON e-Mixer, a fully electric concrete mixer truck boasting a 9 m³ drum capacity, has a running time of up to eight hours in urban areas. This innovative vehicle is set to support operations in the West Midlands, contributing to ongoing HS2 activities at Coleshill and Kingsbury Road.
          With a water capacity of 10.2 m³ and the ability to load around 17 tonnes, the iONTRON e-Mixer complies with legal regulations, allowing for a concrete transport capacity of approximately 7 m³. The vehicle underwent testing on construction sites in Paris in collaboration with Holcim and Sany. The primary objective of these tests was to significantly reduce emissions on construction sites by establishing a CO2-neutral value chain.
