The Oil-Filtration System is Available in Three Different Sizes.

The recently introduced Filtroil Chrome High Pressure (CHP) oil filters feature a bypass filtration system capable of filtering oil for hybrid and hydraulic injection molding machines down to a remarkable 1 µm.

          Three different models are available: the 2020-F, 3020, and the 4020-F, each offering varying flow rates of 0.50,0.65, and 1.20 GPM, respectively, and water holding capacities of 20, 24, and 48 ounces. This oil filtration houses more than 400 yards of treated cellulose tightly wound fiber, allowing the oil to pass through several inches of media. This design results in exceptional contaminant holding capacity and effective moisture removal from the Field retrofit kits are provided for easy installation onto the molding machine, and the filter elements can be replaced without the need for any tools. Additionally, each unit is equipped with a shut-off valve to facilitate filter changes while in operation.
