Agricultural Mechanic

John Deere is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Agricultural Mechanic to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Responsibilities - Agricultural Mechanic:

• Conducts general diagnostics and repairs of agricultural equipment and existing Integrated Solutions (IS) products (with emphasis on 1000-8000 Series Tractors and other Ag-related equipment)
• Takes part in the Service EDUCATE Training programs for developing skills and knowledge
• Is familiar with John Deere and competitive products, including current information
• Maintains the condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment
• Has a clean working area and does work in a neat and orderly manner
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures in the execution of work assignments
• Completes all the reports and forms that are mandatory in conjunction with work assignments
• Accounts for all time on a timecard and for all material used in executing assigned tasks
• Is responsible for other tasks as delegated by your manager
