Job Description

Experience in the field of Hydraulics for Heavy Machineries
Core knowledge required in off-highway equipment. Or any other heavy industry.
Work experience as a Telehandler, Boom Lift and Excavator will be an advantage.
Experience in handling Hydraulic Product development
Candidate shall have demonstrated experience in design and development of NPD systems of hydraulics regards
Cost out process
VAVE process, Project Execution, new concept creation
Sound knowledge of hydraulic design process Work & interact with global cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
Good knowledge about Open center, Close center, PCLS, flow sharing, Low-pressure High-pressure circuits.
Good understanding of Hydrostatic Transmission and selection of components.
Quickly understand the schematic and requirements provided by the customer and quick response with proper available solutions.
Sound knowledge of testing hydraulic components and hydraulic systems of vehicles; part of new generation, more efficient hydraulic system development for the material handling industry, off-highway construction vehicles, and mining equipment.
Ability to define hydraulic testing procedures and parameters for hydraulic systems and components.
Expertise in hydraulic calculations, Standards & compliance with awareness of technology trends & ecosystem.
Involved in solving technical problems and providing cost-effective, reliable, and easy-to-use design solutions
As a Project Lead Coordinating & providing technical know-how to subordinates, vendors, purchase, quality, manufacturing, service, and sales dept.
Coordinating product development, which is inclusive of the requirement analysis, benchmarking, finalizing specifications, product verification & validation through DVPSOR.
Proficient and hands-on experience in CFD, Thermal, and 1D analysis for hydraulic and Industrial heavy machinery.
Controlling Bill of Material for Hydraulic System.

Preferred Industry:

Preferred candidates would be from industries like Material Handling equipment, Construction equipment, Heavy machinery, and Tier-1 hydraulic OEM.
