About the Job

The job entails responding to plant and equipment failures, performing routine scheduled preventative maintenance as per schedule, and offering technical support in a culture of continuous improvement to maximize the production process.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute optimisation programs for plants
• Execute maintenance planning schedules to ensure maximum quality output of production
• Keep and enhance computer-controlled manufacturing equipment and control systems
• Implement mechanical solutions to the automatic transfer of material, components, or finished products
• Offer support and training to plant operators for equipment maintenance and operation
• Help in creating tests/fixtures for components and finished products
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
