Job description

  • Be able to explain basic installation principles during technical queries
  • Help partners and customers troubleshoot installations
  • Be able to test returned items and repair through spare parts replacement
  • Perform hydraulic testing in our facility
  • Support sales and marketing activities through product demonstrations

Qualifications

  • Must know typical water supply system - water pump, tank, controller, sensor, pipes and fittings
  • Has experience in installation, troubleshooting, and repair for both surface and submersible pump
  • Must be familiar with multi-tester, insulation tester, etc.
  • Knowledge of transformers, rectifiers, etc.
  • Knowledgeable with the use of computer
  • Should be able to speak and write basic English
