About the position:

We are looking for an Experienced Production Dozer/Backhoe Equipment Operator
To become a part of our Open Cut Mining team at our North Antelope Rochelle Mine (NARM). NARM is the world's largest surface coal mine and is situated in Wright, Wyoming. The mine has high-quality thermal coal that is loaded on haul trucks and then transported by rail. It contains around 465 million tons of coal reserves.

  • Part of Campbell County, Wright is a safe, close-knit town with excellent schools and a variety of recreational activities.
  • Peabody's NARM Mine is a culture of safety-first and strives for zero recordable MSHA injuries/incidents.
  • This position will be accountable for operating open-cut mine equipment to allow for the production of coal.
