Job Description

3rd Shift - Full Time

Job duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Operate 30-ton or larger overhead cranes and jib cranes.
• Hitch and unhitch all types of materials safely and properly.
• Locate, identify, receive, load, move, and store materials.
• Select proper chains, clevises, hooks, etc., and inspect all equipment before operating.
• Properly raise, lower, roll, move, and place load.
• Follow documented procedures and standard work to perform safe operations.
• Operate power lift trucks as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with a 30-ton or larger overhead crane or jib crane.
• Complete overhead crane and other operator-required training.
• Top Candidates Will Also Have:
• Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
• Ability to work overtime to support production demands.

Additional Information:   

• This position is located at the Caterpillar manufacturing facility located in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin
• 3rd Shift - Full Time
• Pay is Step 1 $25.12 Step 2 $26.06 Step 3 $26.99 hr plus an additional $1.00 shift premium for 3rd Shift.
• No relocation assistance is available.

Summary Pay Range:

$22.38 - $27.98
