HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Will conduct themselves in a positive and Cobalt Civil-promoting manner.
  • Works under the direct supervision of General Foreman, Foreman or lead man depending on organizational needs for the project
  • Become well-acquainted with all policies and procedures to ensure Safety, Production, and Quality.
  • Will have an active role in the onsite safety planning at tailboard meetings and enforcement of the company's safety handbook while performing task
  • Ability to stay calm, focused, and effective when under pressure
  • Will remain on task to the duty assigned daily
  • Will listen and take orders of FOMs, General Foreman, or Foreman
