Reach Truck Operator

Glanbia is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals.  The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Major Responsibilities:

• Safely operate reach trucks to load, offload and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick and stage orders accurately to meet production and shipping requirements.
• Support maintain an accurate inventory by identifying, labeling and storing materials and supplies properly.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance of reach trucks in order to operate at the best level of performance.
• Ensure following of all safety and hygiene practices specific to food processing and food manufacturing environments.
• Engagement with working within cross-functional teams and technical teams in resolving problems or develop improvements.
• Assist team members and warehouse operations generally as needed.
  Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem solving towards improved efficiency and product flow.
