Requirements
Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Good working knowledge of facilities equipment and O&M requirements.
  • Strong understanding of skilled crafts such as HVAC, carpentry, electricity and electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing and pipe fitting, etc.
  • Strong understanding of proper OSHA safety practices and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of work management processes, labor estimating, resource balancing, etc.
  • Experience with or strong knowledge of CMMS systems and related systems/software.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability for independent, reasoned decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive in problem-solving and to lead the resolution of equipment problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles to complete assignments promptly.
  • Technical writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and/or schematic diagrams.
  • Satisfactory results from a pre-employment fit-for-duty screen and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Three (3) years of experience in a high-volume maintenance environment.
    Working Environment

The typical hours for this role Monday-Friday, beginning at 6:00 a.m., but requires flexibility on weekends and after hours (including nights) to be responsive to the needs of the business.
